Biography:
Rantindra Das is a nationally known and award winning artist from the Midwest area. He is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society,Transparent Watercolor Society of America and six other national watercolor societies. A recipient of numerous awards including five in the American Watercolor Society,he was one of the twenty-six artists selected from the US to exhibit in the Invitational Exhibition of Contemporary International Watermedia Masters in Nanjing, China. In 2007 he was invited to give watercolor presentation by the Singapore Watercolor Society and National Watercolor Society . He had served as a selection juror for the American Watercolor Society, Transparent Watercolor Society of America and in 2008 served as a juror for four other national shows. He has been featured in ten books and several magazines and produced a workshop video titled “Painting a Personal Reality in Watercolor”. He is represented by galleries in the US, Singapore and Mexico.
