Peter West
Biography:
Peter West is a noted Fine Artist with a B.F.A. from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and M.F.A. from Ohio University. His work has been exhibited extensively throughout the United States. Solo shows include exhibitions at Foster Goldstrom Gallery in New York City, the L.B.J. Presidential Library in Austin, Texas and the War Memorial Museum of Virginia. His works appear in permanent collections in both the United States and Canada. West was awarded The American Artist Achievement Award in Acrylic Painting and is the author of "Step by Step Airbrushing," a Walter Foster Publication. West holds a patent in the Airbrush Guidance System and has served as a Badger Art Consultant for the past 26 years. He is currently Badger's Senior Art Consultant. West was also a professor of art at Bethany College and adjunct professor at Washington & Jefferson College. He and his wife Robin own and operate World West Galleries and Giclee Printers in Washington, PA.
