Biography: Mary Jo Anzel''s work is characterized by the use of bright, vibrant color blended with an impressionistic handling of the details of her subject. Her work has appeared in a feature article in Watercolor Magazine, and she has written two articles for The Artist''s Sketchbook Magazine: ''Painting with Watercolor Crayons,'' Dec. ''05, and ''Have we Got a Show for You,'' Feb. ''06. The workshops will be taught through demos, lectures and the mixing of colors to maximize the colors you already have as well as to create new ones.
