EligibilityOpen to all fine artists who are over the age of 18 and able to hand-deliver their artwork to the Pasadena Conference Center on Wednesday, October 26. Entrants must be registered for the expo by Sept. 30. (Expo only is sufficient.) All works must be originals conceived and created entirely by the entrant.

lies will not be held liable for lost or damaged artwork or copyright infringement. Show management reserves the right to photograph works for publicity purposes. By entering the Juried Art Show, artist agrees to abide by all the rules for the competition.
Learning & Product Expo: Art! will retain a 15% commission on all sales to be paid within 30 days of the sale.
Hand Delivery of Artwork only. No shipping is allowed. Finalists must be able to hand deliver artwork to the Pasadena Conference Center 300 East Green St. Pasadena, CA 91101 on Wednesday October 26 between 10 am – 1 pm and pick it up Sunday October 30 between 12 noon and 2pm. A friend or relative may drop off and pick up the work. All artwork must come gallery ready (professionally framed or ok if painted on gallery wrap canvas) with a wire, ready to be hung on hooks. All artwork must be clearly marked with the artist name, name or artwork, size and price. Artists must take the packing materials with them at time of delivery.

Entry Requirements: Slides not accepted. Digital images may not be emailed/uploaded.
Submit up to 3 original pieces of artwork by mailing a digital image of each on a CD along with entry form and bio/resume. See below for instruction about the Entry Form and Bio/Resume. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and fees will not be returned.
1. Entry form: There are two ways to complete an entry form.
A. There is an online entry form that can be found by logging in above. Please read the log-in instructions for help on logging in. Only payments by credit card are accepted for online entry. After online entry is completed, a confirmation will be emailed. Print out 2 copies of the email confirmation and send it with the CD and bio/resume.
B. Alternatively, an entry form can be obtained by downloading it
here. Print out the entry form, fill out completely and send with check/money order made payable to Learning & Product Expo: Art!, along with CD and bio/resume. Mailed entry must be postmarked by September 30th and must arrive by October 7th. If mailing on September 30th, please use priority mail or USPS overnight mail so it is received by October 7th. No credit card payments by mail due to new security requirements.
2. CD:
A. Please write your name, address and telephone number on the CD.
B. Burn the CD for playing on a PC in a “JPEG” format at 72dpi, approximately 1200 X 1800 pixels.
C. We must be able to extract the image from the CD. If you use a chain store (CVS, COSTCO) to make the CD for you, the files are typically locked. Locked CD’s will not be accepted.
D. IMPORTANT:All 3 file names for the images on the CD MUST be named with the first word of the title of the artwork. Example: “Summer at Grandma's" should be named "Summer." This is very important, otherwise your images will not be able to be properly identified.
3. Bio/Resume: Please include a bio/resume of 100 words or less, typed/printed on a 8.5x11 sheet of paper. Other forms of bios will not be accepted.
