Take this opportunity to enter slides or digital images of your artwork to be considered for The Learning & Product Expo: Art! Juried Art Show.

Rules: PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND GUIDELINES CAREFULLY
1. Open to all artists who are registered for the expo by Sept. 26.
Category I: artists ages 18 & over; Category II: artists ages 17 & under. Artwork must be executed in two-dimensional media. No photography permitted.
2. For Category I (18 & Over), up to 3 slides/digital files can be submitted for a $30 fee. Category II (17 & under) can enter up to two works for a fee of $10. See instructions below.
3. Works chosen for exhibition must be originals conceived and created entirely by the entrant.
4. All Category I entries submitted for consideration must be either 35 mm slides or digital files of the original work.
Slides must be clearly marked with the artist’s name, title of work, medium and dimensions of framed work. Slides will not be returned.
Digital Images must be jpegs saved with at least 300dpi and at a viewing size of 4x6 on the screen.
BEFORE ENTERING PLEASE BE SURE THAT IF YOUR WORK IS CHOSEN FOR EXHIBITION, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ADHERE TO DELIVERY AND PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
ALL ENTRIES MUST ARRIVE BY MIDNIGHT, TUESDAY, SEPT. 30 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.

City Island, NY 10464 Category II (ages 17 & under) may bring their artwork with hanging wire attached, for exhibition and consideration for the jury at the Pasadena Conference Center on Wednesday, October 22 between the hours of 3PM and 5PM. The $10 entry fee will be collected on-site. (no Pre-registration, Cash/Checks only) note: for Category II artwork only - 3-dimensional artwork will be accepted but must be lightweight and able to hang on a hook.
Delivery and Pickup of Chosen Artwork:
Those Category I artists chosen for exhibition will be notified by phone and by email by October 15. We will contact finalists only. If your work is chosen for exhibition, you MUST be able to hand-deliver IN PERSON your artwork in person at the Pasadena Conference Center on Wednesday, October 22 between the hours of 11AM and 1 PM. A friend or relative may drop it off for you. Artwork may not be shipped to or from the facility.

All artwork must be framed, with hanging wire attached. The artist’s name, title of work and medium must be clearly marked on the back. IMPORTANT: You MUST also be able to leave your artwork for the entire length of the show and pick it up in person on Sunday, October 26 between 1PM and 3 PM.
Liability & Conditions:
Finalists’ works are the responsibility of the participant though building security will be provided. Fishback/Gruen, LLC, the Pasadena Conference Center, F&W Publications, and Blick Art Materials will not be held liable for lost or damaged artwork, or copyright infringement. Show management reserves the right to photograph works for promotion or publicity purposes. By entering the Juried Show you agree to abide by the rules and instructions for the competition.
