Biography:
Rheni Tauchid is a materials consultant and part of Tri-Art''s product development team, as well as a practicing visual artist and instructor. Tauchid is also a founder of the Tri-Art Acrylic Education Program. She has a unique and thorough understanding of the material from both the painters and manufacturers point of view. Her bestselling book "The New Acrylics," published by Watson-Guptill in 2005, is an in-depth look at the character and application possibilities of artist acrylic paints. The sequel, "New Acrylics Essential Sourcebook" will be released in July '09.
