Biography:
Rheni Tauchid is a materials consultant and part of Tri-Art''s product development team, as well as a practicing visual artist, instructor and founder of the Tri-Art Acrylic Education Program. She has a unique and thorough understanding of the material from both the painters' and manufacturers' point of view. In February 2005, Watson-Guptill published her book "The New Acrylics", an in-depth look at the character and application possibilities of artist acrylic paints. Its sequel, "Acrylics Essential Sourcebook", was published by Watson-Guptill/Random House in July 2009. She is based in Kingston, Ontario Canada.
