Here are details on pricing, deadlines, class changes/cancellations and guidelines.
There are 4 ways to pre-register...
- Online: Click here (New registrations only. Add/changes see below)
- Phone: Registration or questions can be made by phone at 626-689-2690.
- Fax: Click here for the form.
- Mail: Must be postmarked no later than October 1. After October 1, please call or register on-site. Forms mailed after October 1 may not be received in time for sufficient processing. Click here for the form.

Onsite: You may also register on-site beginning October 21, but please keep in mind that only classes begin that day, exhibits open Friday, October 22. Prices increase on-site see Pricing section for information.
Additional Information: If you include an e-mail address on your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately after it is processed, as well as a reminder e-mail a week prior to the expo. The reminder e-mail will contain a bar code for quick and easy Express Registration on-site. It is preferable, but not required, to bring a printout of the bar code e-mail. At the Express Registration counter, you may either scan your barcode or simply type your name into the kiosk. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not receive a confirmation as they are not mailed.

Expo Only: (Badge Good for all 3 days)

After 10/15 and On-Site: $10

Exhibit Hours:
Friday October 22: 10 am - 6 pm
Saturday, October 23: 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday, October 24: 10 am - 4:30 pm
Class Prices:
Register Early! After midnight October 15, class prices increase $10 each. You may also register at the door for Expo Only or for classes. We will have printed class schedules for you to refer to on-site. Click here to see the class schedule.

There is a processing fee of per registrant for classes. Add $5 if registering online or $10 if registering by phone/fax/mail. Exhibit Hall badge is included for class participants. Additional Information: Cancellation Policy: Please read carefully! Class participants: Cancellations may be made and a full refund less processing fee granted ONLY before October 15. No refunds will be granted after that date. Cancellations must be requested in writing. Expo Only Participants: Expo only fees are non-refundable at any time. Change/Add Policy: If you are registered and would like to change classes, you may do so subject to availability. Changes or additions CAN NOT be made through the online system. Doing so will result in duplicate registration records and additional charges. Please e-mail your desired changes/additions to: info@fishbackgruen.com. After the change is made, you will receive a new e-mail confirmation with your updated schedule. You may e-mail changes until October 15, after that date, please make all changes on-site at the registration desk. NOTE: Students accept full responsibility for safe handling of all equipment and supplies. Program/Instructors subject to change without notice. Cell phones are not permitted in class. Attendees in classes or expo only will pick up badges on-site in the Pavilion. On your first day, please arrive at least 30 minutes* before your class start time to allow for class tickets and badge pick-up. You will pick up all of your class tickets at once. All classes include supplies for use in class unless otherwise noted. All full day classes include an hour break for lunch or dinner.
